All our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance. Images on the website are for reference only. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final unless products are damaged upon delivery.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed online through our website.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & More.
  • Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver across Kuwait.
  • Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, O’HARA is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing an order.
  • Once preparation has begun or the order has been dispatched, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We may request photographs as proof.
